Marketing Communications Assistant


Our client based in London EC2 are looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Marketing Communications Manager and other members of the team.

Duties will include
Coordinating input from authors, marketing representatives and desktop publishing in relation to the preparation and subsequent updating of publications
Coordinating the printing and distribution
Being conversant with and managing stock levels of marketing materials and dealing with both internal and external requests
Uploading new and updated publications onto intranet and website
Managing the registration of new members, ensuring that membership criteria are met in all cases
Dealing with requests and queries received from members
Assisting with the organisation and delivery of events
To maintain a photo library of the firms members for media and other marketing purposes arranging periodic in-house professional phot sessions to ensure that photos are kept up to date
To assist other members of the marketing communications team with the administration and delivery of client events including seminars, hospitality and entertainment
To liaise with other members of the marketing communications team and external suppliers to ensure appropriate materials are available to support activities eg PowerPoint presentations, signage, seminar documentation, promotional banners, exhibition stands, gifts.
To handle both internal and external enquires
To manage paper and email correspondence

Previous administration experience is essential and an interest in Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload. Good working knowledge of all MS Office.
