As part of the role
You will be supporting the team of agency executives helping them to secure new campaigns
You will need basic skills in
Excel
PowerPoint
Word
Good communication skills?in an ideal world it would be great to have a basic understanding of marketing and decent telephone manner when dealing with clients
Some of the other duties you will be involved with are
Liaising with the marketing team for photography, PowerPoint presentations, research and data
Organising activities and events for the team and clients
Dealing with clients and inbound enquiries
Researching for different projects
Liaising with sales executives whilst on the road, helping them to make things happen
Working alongside the sales executives to find advertising solutions within the company's portfolio
Ongoing training and development to build your understanding and skills
