This specialist professional medical sales recruitment agency requires a recruiter to join their team. You will advertise, headhunt and manage candidates in what is essentially more of a reactive recruitment role so a consultative approach is required.
A structured environment with excellent support means consultants are currently billing between £30,000 and £40,000 per month.
Ideas are listened to and there is a huge amount of flexibility within the organisation. You will need previous recruitment experience, preferably in the medical or other white-collar sectors, and to be a graduate or of graduate calibre. The ideal candidate for this role will be seeking a professional consultancy in a no-nonsense but friendly and supportive environment.
