Care Manager/Qualified Social Worker
We require someone who is able to work in a busy but friendly team who offer a care management services to inpatients over 18yrs in an Acute General hospital. We need a hard working and highly motivated person who can deliver a quality service to patients and their carers. Should have experience of working with people who have disabilites or older people in a care managment setting preferably. Good communication skills verbally and written Very good comupter skills idealy previous experience of working in a hospital.
The Position is to start ASAP and is for 3 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered and have a current CRB.
