Bilingual Reservation Executive

The Company:
Our client, a well-known and well-respected service provider is currently looking to recruit two Reservations Executives to join their modern offices in the West Midlands.
They are currently looking for:
1 French and English speaker
1 Nordic and English speaker (Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Swedish)
The Role:
The role involves providing first class customer service to clients and customers. You will have to quote prices using the in-house system. Your aim is to convert every call into a sale as well as constantly looking for new sales opportunities while making sure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate speaks fluent English plus either French, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian and is experienced within a customer service environment. An excellent telephone manner is essential and so is knowledge of the travel industry.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is £16,000 with fantastic opportunities for career progression.
