German Customer Service Advisor

The Company:
Due to rapid expansion in the market place our client is currently looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to be part of their customer service team based in Malta.
The Role:
For this role you will be the primary contact for customers wanting a solution to any problems they maybe facing while using our clients products. You will also be asked to generate reports for the Customer Service Manager and complete various day to day tasks for the Customer Service team to run smoothly. This will involve: handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Working together with the Payments/Fraud team to solve problems regarding customer's questions. Working together with the country managers on different tasks and working with different activities in order to increase sales.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates need to have excellent oral communication skills in both German and English as well as a good knowledge of the internet and strong interpersonal, orgaisation and planning skills. You will also have the ability to manage multiple tasks and carry out oral and written instructions. You should have a strong eye for detail and any experience in a similar telephone based or face to face customer service role will be advantageous. Knowledge of betting or gaming is also favourable.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this role is £13,634 - £15,571 per annum.
