The Company:
Our client is a major European company and they are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, to work within their European centre, based in Gibraltar.
The Role:
The position will be involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers in Germany. Dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English and German. Excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of a Windows working environment.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for the role will be £16,201 increasing to £16,740 after a successful 3 month probation period. The working hours for the position are 40 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday. Shifts cover 8.5 hours per day, covering between 08:00 and 00:00.
