German Client Relationship Manager

The Company:
Our client, a leading International Company which provides Translation Services is looking for a German and English speaking Client Relationship Manager within their Translation Division. The company has offices all around the world and this role is based near Frankfurt am Main/Germany offices.
The Role:
The role involves developing and maintaining the existing relationships of the company through client visits, assisting the sales teams to sell the company's translation services to existing and new clients. You would work closely with clients and sales executives to increase efficiency and sales targets. You may need to attend Industry Fairs and Conferences to develop new relationships. This role is excellent for someone who is very much customer focused and enjoys delivering high levels of service to business customers.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will speak German and English to business level or equivalent and has at least three years previous experience in a client facing environment preferably in the pharmaceutical, life science or translation industry. In depth understanding of translation software programs are essential. The successful candidate will be a very strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and who is confident, business minded, and client oriented.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be completely negotiable depending on skills and experience.
