German speaking Helpdesk Agent

The Company:
Our client, a leading international company in an exciting niche sector, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of German in addition to English to work as a helpdesk operator for their dynamic company based in Surrey.
The Role:
You will primarily responsible for:
-Delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in line -with SLA's and KPI's
-Responding in a timely manner to all inbound customer communication via any media
-Providing education to clients on the product portfolio or refer to appropriate department
-Taking full ownership of customer issues from start to finish
-Diagnosing and troubleshooting Web Browser, Firewall, Proxy Server and Internet related issues
-Supporting internet based products
-Carrying out amendments to configuration/specification as requested by client
-Providing feedback to customers and colleagues
-Following escalation procedure
-Updating and maintaining databases
-Monthly and weekly reporting
-Supporting helpdesk and customer service teams
-Proposing improvements to system
-Attending regular training sessions
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English as well as German, and have excellent skills in MS Office, Databases, Technical Support and Web Browsers. You preferably are also be aware of Win NT environments, firewall and proxy servers. Experience in TC/IP networking and troubleshooting is essential.
Excellent customer service skills are a must, in addition to a well organised approach to work, a calm nature and great problem solving and analytical ability.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary will be up to £18,500 per annum. Plus outstanding incentives, benefits and bonuses (performance based).
Candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm on a 7.5 hour per day basis. Bank Holiday work is required.
