Norwegian and European speaking Administrator

The Company:

Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of the Norwegian Language AND one other European Language (French, German, Spanish, Italian) to work on a temp to perm basis as a claims administrator for their offices in North London for an immediate start.

The Role:

-Handling a backlog of representations made by Norwegian and European Language speaking parking contraveners

-This means that the successful candidate will be instructed which rules are valid for each client the company operates for and they should thereafter, be able to respond to the contraveners, either accepting or rejecting the appeals, by email, letter or fax.

-Most of the responses will be made by using standard letters but some adjustments need to be made in order to fully respond to the original
representation.

Candidate Profile:

The suitable candidate for the role must be able to speak AND write Norwegian to native level or equivalent, with additional fluency in one European Language (ideally French, German, Spanish or Italian). Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail, quality and accuracy in their work.
Excellent user-level IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook are desired for this role.
Experience in an administrative and/or claims handling environment is highly advantageous, although training will be provided in-house.
Applicants must be able to start immediately (no notice period), with a view to working on a temporary ongoing basis.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this role will be £8.69 per hour including holiday pay
