Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor

The Company:

Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of Spanish to work as a Customer Service Advisor for their offices based in Northamptonshire. This role will be an temp to permanent role with a 3 month probationary period.

The Role:

-Performing a full security check, using appropriate questions for the individual programme
-Establishing needs of the caller using open questions and precise probing, demonstrating clear, steady, audible and confident speech
-Establishing the caller details by clarifying to confirm mutual understanding
-Actively listens, not interrupting customer, demonstrating emphatic listening skills through mirroring, pace style, sensory language, and the use of positive words and phrases
-Clarifies, repeats information especially numbers and spellings using the phonetic alphabet.
-Offers flexibility to customers by suggesting alternative actions.
-Handle objections independently, using positive language and finding alternative solutions.
-Tailors produce or service to suit needs and find alternatives
-Ensure the use of grammatically correct sentences, using appropriate business language in both written and oral contact with customers
-Ensure that all communication is logged efficiently and effectively into the Contact Management screens for tracking purposes
-Ensure that all member correspondence and completed query information is filed following the specified procedures


Candidate Profile:

-MUST HAVE ENGLISH AND SPANISH LANGUAGE SKILLS

-A minimum of 35 words per minute touch typing.
-Clear, audible and precise verbal communication.
-Accurate written communication skills to ensure correct spelling, grammar and sentence structure in customer correspondence
-Intermediate level of PC knowledge to include Word, excel and Email
-Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work to ensure that quality levels and customer satisfaction is achieved
-Ability to work within a team and interact effectively
-Ability to keep calm under pressure, remaining logical in their approach to problem solving whilst paying attention to detail
-Minimum GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in English language and mathematics.
-Qualification in PC usage such as NVQ, RSA or GCSE]

Please note that applicants living outside a reasonable travelling distance will not be contacted, due to the urgent nature of the role.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for the role is £8.00 per hour (including holiday pay) and the work will involve Monday to Friday and the core hours will be between 8am - 8pm on a rotational basis.
