RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS - OIL & GAS MARKET ? DUBAI
My client is actively looking for experienced recruiters from within the OIL & GAS recruitment market who are keen to relocate to Dubai for an immediate role to take over a HOT DESK.
Ideally you will come from one of the main UK agencies or renowned international OIL & GAS consultancies and able work across the board of white collar Oil & Gas recruitment.
With business already signed up in the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC region in general. My client wants recruiters who love their work, who are confident negotiators with strong knowledge of the O&G arena. He wants to inject a UK mentality of pace & energy, style & knowledge into the emerging Dubai market & needs someone who can pick up the reins of a developing division and maximise on all opportunities across the region.
Your role will be an all-round 360 of sales service & delivery. You will be given the responsibility & autonomy of developing your own desk through new business development, managing your accounts and building a solid network of business throughout Dubai, GCC / UAE.
You will have the added extra of having a team of resourcers supporting you in finding good candidates. You will work your desk in a contingent manner but with the professionalism and high standards afforded to clients on the company's Search division.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Are you a high billing, experienced OIL & GAS RECRUITER who needs a new challenge. Are you :-
1. A strong relationship builder
2. Able to SELL but not in a brash bullish approach but with a long-term consultative approach
3. Able to understand & appreciate the cultural difference in Dubai compared to the UK.
4. Credible and capable of meeting high profile clients of all cultures & able to secure business.
5. Target driven, focused and eager to earn well
6. High level of communication and personal presentation
PACKAGE:-
Depending on experience & as the company want experienced, stable consultants with gravitas (not junior level recruiters) they are prepared to pay for top dollar (or Dirham ! ! ).
A tax free is dependant on experience - circa £18000 to 22000 + Dirham per month plus comm. plus benefits + relocation (commission is paid quarterly and kicks in at 42% rising to 52% after threshold).
