Senior Finance Recruitment Consultant ? OTE 150K
One of the fastest growing companies in the UK is urgently looking for an experienced consultant to head up a hot desk that has only recently become available. Based in high spec offices in the middle of Liverpool Street you will be working amongst a team of 10 other consultants. Established since 2003, they already have a turnover of £12 million at the end of their fourth year alone.
They are a specialist finance and change management recruitment group focusing primarily with the leading 'Blue Chip' companies in London and the Home Counties. Focusing on the senior end of the market, you will be placing middle to senior front office professionals into some of their most high profile clients. Candidates will be placed into roles ranging from; Financial Accounting Manager to Group International Accountants. Some of their clients include HSBC, Apple, Barclays and Sony. For an experienced consultant, you can expect to earn anywhere from between 25-55k on the basic along with their exceptional commission structure peaking at 35%.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months finance recruitment experience with a genuine passion in the sector. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with candidates at executive level. You will be articulate, career motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
