This well-established company, dealing purely with overseas Telco market, is looking for junior and experienced Recruiters. The company has a large scope in the market to make a lot of money as they deal with the overseas market. They are constantly looking to expand their knowledge base through new appointments and through investing in their staff through ongoing training and development.
Experienced recruiters and graduate Trainees with previous sales experience will be considered. This is a young company with real entrepreneurial flair and realistic opportunities to progress into management quickly. It would be advantageous if you could speak Spanish, French or Mandarin. You will be money hungry / motivated, proactive in your style and professional. The role is the full recruitment cycle, plenty of new business development with an element of repeat business. Once you have your desk up and running and are achieving sales targets, you will be provided with a full-time Resourcer.
