With a range of opportunities available for Trainees, Consultants and Account Managers they are open on experience. Ideally a raw graduate (or of graduate calibre), you may have some recruitment experience from any sector. They want to train people to absorb information rapidly and accurately - they like to see people who have worked selling to blue-chip companies, as that is what you will be doing on a daily basis. With basics running from £18k to £35k and OTEs ranging from £80k to £100k, there is serious earning potential.
