The leading health and social care recruiter is urgently looking for an experienced social care recruiter to head up and maintain a hot desk that has recently become available. Established in 1999, they have grown to become one of the leading names in qualified social work recruitment, sourcing both locum and permanent positions. At the end of this year they already have an estimated turnover of £140 million which makes them the market leader in their industry.
Working in partnership with statutory, private and voluntary care organisations that are constantly in touch with them for excellent candidates, you will be working with some of the biggest names in the health and care sector. You will be placing both qualified and unqualified social workers into some of these clients. For an experienced consultant you can expect to earn a generous package of anywhere from between 25-50k on the basic along with their exceptional commission structure peaking at 35%.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months social care recruitment along with a genuine passion for the sector. You will have excellent communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with people at all levels. You will be tenacious, articulate and have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
