An additional Search Consultant is needed due to internal promotion. To be considered you'll need considerable experience in financial recruitment and must be polished and eloquent, having handled senior-level placements before. They are looking for people to make the step up into search but they must be capable of making that move ? you will work closely with an experienced search consultant to learn the ropes. You will get candidates through networking, headhunting and advertising- the company has an excellent name in the market. Placing candidates with salaries from £70k+ in roles across Insurance through to Banking, there is also exceptional earning potential.
