Experienced finance consultant ? OTE 150k First Year!
One of the fastest growing companies in the UK is looking for a finance consultant to head up a hot desk that has only recently become available. Established in 2003 they already have an estimated turnover of £12 million at the end of this year alone. Based in high spec offices in the heart of Liverpool Street you will be working in a highly autonomous environment. They are an amalgamation of experienced and successful consultants bought together by the desire to work within a more autonomous, inspiring and less autocratic environment.
They are a specialist finance and change management recruitment group focused on primarily working with the leading 'Blue Chip' companies in London and the Home Counties. Within the finance team, you will be specialising in placing qualified accountants into all middle-office positions up to CFO level on a permanent, contract and interim basis. The majority of the roles fall into a basic salary range of £50,000 to £200,000. Some of the clients you will be working with will consist of HSBC, Apple, Barclays and Sony.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months finance recruitment experience. You will be career motivated, articulate and tenacious. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with candidates and clients at executive level. You will also have the motivation to work in a fast paced environment.
If successful, you will have the opportunity to grow with one of the most successful finance companies in the UK. For an experienced consultant, you can expect to earn anything up to 55k on the basic along with their exceptional commission structure peaking at 35%.
