Experienced Finance Consultant ? OTE 150k in First Year!
Established since 2003, one of the fastest growing companies in the UK is urgently looking for an experienced consultant to head up and maintain a hot desk that has recently become available. Based in high spec offices in the heart of Liverpool Street, you will be working amongst a team of 10 other consultants, who are consistently top billers.
They are an amalgamation of experienced and successful consultants who were bought together by the desire to work within a more autonomous, inspiring and less autocratic environment. They are a specialist finance and change management recruitment group focused on primarily working with the leading 'Blue Chip' companies in London and the Home Counties. Focusing on the mid to senior end of the market, candidates will range from Group Reporting Manager to Management Accountants. You will be dealing with some of their most high profile clients; these include HSBC, Apple, Barclays and Sony.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months finance recruitment experience along with a successful rate of billings. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can communicate to executive level. You will be career motivated, articulate and highly driven.
If successful, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow with a young company. For an experienced consultant you can expect to earn anything up to £55k on the basic along with their exceptional and very competitive commission structure peaking at 35%.
