One of the most successful property recruiters in the world is actively looking for an experienced property consultant to join the UK office and head up a hot desk. Based 36 floors up in the Gherkin Building, you will be working out of one of the most prestigious buildings in the world. Established since 2003, they already have an estimated turnover of £18 million at the end of this year alone. They are focused on understanding client needs and market opportunities which is what differentiates them from the rest of the recruiters in the market.
They are a specialist team of consultants who are business focused on their clients and candidates. You will be focusing on the more senior end of the market placing candidates into some of their well known and high profile clients. Clients consist of companies such as Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan etc. They are currently looking for someone who can bring their knowledge and understanding of the industry into their rapidly growing office.
To be successful you will have at least 12 months property recruitment experience and a successful background of billings. You will be articulate, career motivated and tenacious. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with people at executive level. You should have the ability to work in an efficient, conscientious and professional manner.
If successful, you will have the opportunity to progress to a higher level within the company providing success is bought. With offices all across the world, there is the potential to work internationally in one of their many offices. For an experienced consultant, they are offering an excellent package ranging anywhere from 36-75k on the basic along with their very competitive commission structure peaking at 40%.
