Due to continued growth within their business they have exciting openings for IT recruitment consultants with or without direct experience.
As a recruitment consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This role covers the full spectrum of IT recruitment from candidate generation through to client management. Based from our clients Central London office you will work within a perm vacancies division in one of many available technical disciplines.
The ideal candidates will be educated to degree level and for the experienced positions posses 12-18 months recruitment experience, or for the trainee role, a minimum of 3 months sales experience in a b2b capacity will be accepted. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 17-25k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 35-50k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development.
