Our City based client is an innovative and growing training solutions provider who focus on delivering bespoke sales and performance based training seminars. Through providing a personal and attentive service our client has developed an impressive customer base covering both Europe and the UK. Due to continued growth they now have an immediate need to add to their small City based sales team with the appointment of an additional Sales Executive.
As an internally based Sales Executive you will have access to a full suite of training products and services to offer to in-bound calling delegates and throughout the business community. This is a consultative sales role that requires an inquisitive approach to fact finding, an understanding of buying signals and the ability to close upon them. You can expect a high call volume, set KPI's and the opportunity to develop a lucrative long term career with genuine progression.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 18 months previous business to business sales experience. It would be advantageous to have an understanding of the training sector but not a necessity as product training will be available. You will however be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a record of achievement.
Successful candidates can expect a base salary circa 18-25k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE exceeding 43-60k plus benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing City based training company.
