Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for a Trainee Sales .
As a Trainee Sales Executive you will split your time between shadowing a senior sales professional and learning every aspect of sales a product development available through on the job training. You will be involved in both new and existing business sales, get involved in lead and appointment generation and ultimately learn the business through performing tasks alongside experienced personnel. This role will involve both internal and external sales and will lead into a full blown Territory Account Management role for those who succeed.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 6-12 months b2b sales experience along with a dynamic, enthusiastic and professional personality. Previously successful trainees have come from mixed backgrounds including those with military experience. You will certainly posses first class communication and presentation skill, be highly motivated, results orientated, creative and able to use your initiative. You will posses good planning and organisational skills along with commercial awareness, business acumen and the desire to build a solid sales career.
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable base salary that dependent upon experience will be in the 18-22k range with first year OTE's of 28-32k plus an excellent benefits package.
