Due to continued growth in their London office, they now have a need for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a growing team.
As a Sales Manager your primary task will be to lead and manage a team of account executives in the day to day running of a sales function. Managing a team of up to 4 executives you will coach, mentor, recruit and direct operations on a daily basis. This is a hands on role that requires strong leadership, adherence to KPI's and a lead from the front mentality.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum and quantifiable track record of 3-4 years Sales leadership experience. You may have an understanding of the information sector and will certainly posses the communication, presentation and relationship management skills to liaise, influence and lead at all levels. This role requires applicants to be highly motivated, driven by success and committed to developing a strong sales team with an industry leading organisation.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of 50k dependent upon experience with a highly achievable and uncapped OTE of 100k + possible travel + executive benefits.
