Global Sales Manager - Integrated Communications Sales
Our client is an integrated communications, learning and digital media design company with a global presence and strategically placed offices in the US, Europe and the Middle East. Their expanding portfolio of customer centric solutions include corporate communications, learning consultancy, digital media and change management solutions. They are currently looking to complete their management team through the addition of a Global Sales Manager to be based in London.
As a Global Sales Manager your objective will be to lead a team of sales professionals located in various global locations, being fully responsible for driving the identification and expansion of new business opportunities, project pipelines and the global development of client relationships to ensure the delivery of our client's growth targets. The role will consist of a mixture of marketing, business development and sales responsibilities with the primary objective to generate new revenue for the company, but also to develop and grow the company's profile and reputation worldwide. Although based in London it is anticipated that there will be travel involved.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard and posses a minimum of 5 years sales experience at management level within a business to business environment. You will be both consultative and professional in your approach, posses commercial acumen, natural leadership skills and a proven record of achievement in managing diverse teams. You will need high levels of motivation, first class communication and presentation skills and still demonstrate a flair for winning and driving new business. The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 50-60k with an uncapped OTE of between 80-90k in the first year plus additional benefits.
