Our Client, a media monitoring agency is seen throughout the industry as a European leader. Digitally enhanced and equipped with state-of-the-art technology they provide coverage spanning newspapers, consumer and trade titles plus Internet and newswire monitoring. Due to continued growth within their small UK team they now have an exciting vacancy for an experienced Sales Executive to cover London and the South East.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for the generation of new business across an SME and corporate client base throughout the territory, special focus will be placed on the PR sector and other related sectors. This will include the self-generation of some leads and subsequent follow up and conversion into revenue. Sales values vary considerable from £1,000 to £25,000+ depending on the amount of information required and the delivery method sold.
Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, specifically within a field sales capacity. Industry experience would be advantageous but it is not essential. Selling largely at management level you will be able to relate to professionals at all levels and be able to quickly identify specific buying criteria and related influencing factors. This role requires commitment, motivation and professionalism. Candidates will be highly motivated and self-starters with the ability to manage their own diary to ensure the business pipeline remain sufficient to achieve and exceed targets.
The successful candidate will be offered a package including base salary of 20-25k with a realistic and uncapped OTE of 30-35k plus further benefits.
