Our Client is an innovative leader in the field of bespoke coaching and financial training services. Their growing portfolio of solutions provides training courses, seminars and consultancy across core practice areas to help businesses educate their staff both quickly and efficiently. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for an Account Director to work from their Central London office.
As an Account Director you will work alongside the Managing Director and take responsibility for a number of key accounts. This will involve managing high level relationships ensuring our client is well positioned to maintain, win and develop further business opportunities. Whilst predominantly account management focused, you will also assist on occasion in some new account development. This role also includes some man management responsibilities, where you will manage and mentor a team of account executives whilst maintaining account director duties.
Applications are invited from degree educated candidates with a minimum of 4-5 years previous account management experience and a working knowledge of corporate communications and/or the financial sector. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a proven record of achievement. Your presentation and leadership skills will be first class and you will also demonstrate high levels of drive, determination and accountability.
Successful candidates can expect a base salary circa 40-45k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE exceeding 60-65k in the first year plus benefits.
