Based from a City office you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of the City's leading companies. This full on recruitment role will include new business development, account management, resourcing and research, networking, marketing and strategy. This is an autonomous role that will enable you to truly earn the 6 figure salary you desire.
This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneur with either 2-3 years previous recruitment experience or a strong and established sales professional looking to make their mark in senior level recruitment. You need to be technically aware, dynamic, out spoken, highly confident and posses a high opinion of yourself and your ability. You will be a strong influencer with first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to command respect at senior levels.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30k with an uncapped OTE of 60k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and prospects. A true 6 figure salary is waiting for those who want it!!
