Our client is a leading global knowledge provider who specialise in custom reports, analytics and intellectual property solutions. Their global presence and expanding team of over 2,000 analysts covers various industries across every continent in more than 50 languages. Due to continued expansion in their UK market they have an immediate need for a home based Business Development Managers to cover a national territory.
As a Business Development Manger you will have access to our client's full portfolio of information solutions including investment research, business information and market research, Data and Financial Analytics and Intellectual Property Research. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue streams throughout the UK from within both the corporate and public sectors. You will identify, qualify, close and manage revenue streams from both new and existing opportunities, where you will negotiate commercially sound contracts of varying value.
The ideal candidate will have posses a minimum of 3-5 years solutions sales experience with a proven record of sales achievement selling either business information or market research solutions. You will be entrepreneurial and professional in your approach, have a strong personality with the charisma and communication skills to liaise at the highest level and above all posses the drive, determination and business acumen to truly contribute to the business
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable base salary in the region of 35-40k dependent upon previous experience with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus an additional and generous benefits package that will include stock options in this exciting pre IPO organisation.
