Resource Co-ordinator
A leading corporate is looking for a long term contractor to co-ordinate the work for a team of DTP specialists - to deliver publishing services for a major account or group of smaller accounts, ensuring quality, schedule and cost requirements are met.
This is a role that is very project management focussed and your primary responsibilities will be to co-ordinate with teams and clients to ensure that the necessary resources are on hand to achieve the desired brief. You will be managing a number of accounts at any one time and therefore the ability to prioritise your work load is essential.
Ideally you will have had previous DTP experience and some Team Leader experience would be advantageous. Candidates must be IT literate - a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. A knowledge of additional DTP software, FrameMaker, Interleaf, In-Design utilised within a print or publishing environment would be helpful. An attention to detail is essential as well as excellent verbal and written skills. We are looking for those that are able to work on their own initiative and make clear decisions
