Support Analyst to be the Team Leader required by my Leading International Law Firm client to lead a team 4 experienced Service Desk Analysts in an ITIL environment dealing with 1st and 2nd line issues.
The team support the full range of MS applications on both a 1st and 2nd line resolution basis, covering MS Office, Word etc and a wide range of legal applications such as ProLaw, Introspect, Carpe Diem, iManage and the usual mobile applications such as Blackberry's.
This role will see you responsible for all areas of team management, from appraisals to hiring and through to mentoring etc. It is a truly unique role whereby the client are looking for someone with experience of working in a Support role but the genuine potential to be a team leader.
The client are one of the Worlds leading law firms and in the legal industry they are noted as having one of the most solid and progressive IT departments.
For you application to be considered you must have 3+ years of either IT Support or IT Training experience gained within the legal sector for any size law firm.
The ideal candidate will have ITIL certification and/or will have worked in an ITIL environment.
Salary: £30000 - £36000 per annum + Pension + Medical + Bonus
