£21,000 - £24,000 + 50% Commission
This specialised technical recruitment agency with a first-class reputation within high technology recruitment are now looking to expand their team in Hertfordshire.
You will be an experienced recruiter with a solid background in commercial recruitment, be degree-educated, PC-literate and have strong communication skills / sales ability. They are looking for bright, ambitious, self-motivated individuals who will be able to hit the ground running. You will be given the opportunity to start your own desk for the Rail division and eventually recruit your own team. You will be expected to have revenue generating accounts up and running within three months and you will be given the tools to assist you in making this happen.
You will be working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with a very flat management structure. You will be a team player and make contributions to the structure and direction of the Company. However you must be able to work autonomously and generate results without "hand holding". They are looking for consultants who are confident in their ability to achieve results; in return you will get one of the most competitive commission schemes in the industry - up 50% for new business.
