The leading health and social care recruiter in the UK is urgently looking for a senior consultant to head up a hot desk that has recently become available. They are the market leader within social care recruitment, maintaining 25% of the entire UK's social care market. Established in 1999, they already have an estimated turnover of £140 million at the end of this year alone. They are one of the only recruiters in their sector that are extremely well respected in the industry.
Based in vibrant offices minutes from the city, you will be working amongst 60 consultants where you will be given further training in all areas of recruitment and business to business sales. You will be working directly alongside three of the companies top billing consultants. You will have the view to grow the desk by placing and managing qualified social workers and social care professionals within the public, private and voluntary care sectors in the UK. With the current desk billing 16k at the moment, there is the realistic opportunity to earn at least 60k OTE.
The successful consultant will have at least 12 months social care recruitment experience along with an excellent track record of billings combined with a great personality. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with both candidates and clients at all levels. You will have the ability to build rapport quickly and thrive in a target driven sales environment. You will also be highly career motivated, tenacious and articulate.
If successful you will be working in one of the most well respected companies in the UK who can offer flexibility and honesty to its consultants, with excellent career progression. For an experienced consultant, you can expect to earn a generous and highly competitive basic of up to £50k depending on experience, along with highly competitive commission structure peaking at 35%.
