Senior Finance Consultant ? St Albans Area
Based in high spec offices in the heart of St Albans the leading Finance recruiter urgently require a senior finance consultant to take over a contracts desk that has recently become available. Recruiting front office finance professionals into Commerce and Industry, you will inherit a desk running 8 contractors and an expansive client portfolio of FTSE 100 Companies.
Established in 2003, this company have quickly grown into one of the most impressive recruiters operating within the Finance Markets. You will be joining a close nit team of 12 consultants who thrive in a success breeds success environment. Focusing on the senior end of the market, you will be placing mid to senior front office professionals in roles ranging from; Divisional Finance Director to Senior Commercial Analyst. Clients include the likes of; HSBC, Barclays, Apple and Sony.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months finance recruitment experience with an excellent track record of successful billings. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with both clients and candidates at executive level. You will be career motivated, tenacious and have the passion and motivation to progress to senior level.
If successful, you will have the rare opportunity to inherit an existing Contracts desk with 8 candidates already out. Due to the exceptional commission structure (5k Threshold then 35%) there is huge earning potential with most consultants taking home a 6 figure salary. Other perks include:
