Headhunting board level and senior Sales, Marketing and Category people in the FMCG niche, this successful consultancy is seeking an additional Search Consultant who will be able to progress to Partner level within two years. There is a fun, fast and effective method to their work, with lots of banter. If the company goes on to float, the successful candidate could end up seriously wealthy within five years.
You will join the company at Search Consultant level, but will quickly become a reasonably important equity holder ? therefore you will ideally have a solid background in FMCG recruitment. Personality-wise, you should be well spoken, professional and corporate with a reasonable amount of presence and gravitas. Your aim will be to win retained business and deliver it, using headhunting and marketing, plus the company's excellent database well-established client relationships.
