Base to £45,000 + Up to 30% commission
This is a very well established and successful IT agency, dealing with both temp and perm business, has a turnover in excess of £2.5 million and offers a relaxed and fun yet professional working environment. Huge demand for their services has created the need for experienced IT Recruiters who will take over warm desks with no need for cold calling.
You will work on preferred supplier accounts as well as develop new business / accounts working with existing and warm clients. Ideally you will have technology-based recruitment experience but other technical / professional sectors would be considered. The company's working methodology is based upon that of a Search company but on a contingency basis - quality is far more important than quantity. Average perm fees are £12,000 and average temp GP is £2,000 per month, and thanks to the company's generous commission structure, there is excellent earning potential.
