An experienced consultant has just relocated to South Africa ? leaving a hot desk running 19 temps billing 16k per month there for the taking. Based in vibrant new offices minutes from London Bridge, the successful consultant will have the chance to take over this hot desk with a view to growing it by placing and managing qualified social workers and social care professionals within the public, private and voluntary care sectors throughout the UK.
The company is the Market Leader within social care recruitment, currently maintaining 25% of the entire UK's Social Care Market. Working in the bustling and social offices of over 60 consultants, you will be giving further training in all areas of recruitment and business to business sales, whilst working directly along side three of the companies top billing consultants.
The successful consultant will have an excellent track record in recruitment combined with a great personality. You will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to build rappour quickly and thrive in a target driven sales environment. You will also have all the motivation and enthusiasm to forge a successful career in recruitment.
