Our client is a well established specialist recruiter with numerous locations throughout the UK. As a focussed company dedicated to recruiting within the estate agency and property sectors they have carved out a niche market and are viewed by many as the supplier of choice. Due to continued expansion of their service they are now keen to talk to estate agents looking to make the transition into recruitment.
As a recruiter you will be tasked with selling recruitment solutions covering various sectors within the property sector. This role comes with full client and candidate responsibilities that will require you to account manage client expectations whilst managing all candidate communications. This is an involved role that requires customer commitment, sales ability and a hunger to succeed, develop and nurture a successful career.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 12 months previous sales experience gained within the estate agency or property sectors. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills along with high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires an individual who is articulate, passionate, professional and creative.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 14-18k dependent upon previous experience with an uncapped 35k OTE plus additional benefits.
