A leading provider of managed office solutions, with over 70 business centers across the UK, is currently recruiting a sales executive/business manager who will be responsible for attracting new clients to a South West London office complex. This company has established themselves as a key player in a competitive industry by providing high service levels without high cost. As a result they have been able to attract clients looking for longer term leasing rather than short term stop gap solutions.
The Sales Executive/Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the center's occupancy is maximised within the soonest possible time, and for ensuring occupancy levels are maintained. This will be achieved through the development of new client relationships by developing leads that are generated through the various marketing campaigns undertaken by our client. Additionally, the business manager will be expected to become familiar with businesses in the local area in order to create opportunities for future business.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record within both new business and account management, preferably within a service industry. You will be comfortable selling a conceptual product and be able to identify a prospects specific buying signals. You will utilise a pro-active approach to lead follow up and be comfortable dealing with companies of varying sizes. Additionally, you will have an interest in general business management and client service as it is expected that the role will evolve into one of account management and development.
Applicants must be self starters who are able to work independently, be motivated and commission driven and understand that good service is provided through managing expectation. The successful candidate will be offered a base salary circa £20k with a first year OTE of £32k, plus a generous travel and benefits package.
