Swedish speaking Translator

The Company:
Our client is an international company working with clients all over the world. They are currently looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Translator fluent in English as well as Swedish to mother tongue level. The position will be based in the company's head office in Buckinghamshire.
The Role:
The Swedish speaking Translator will be responsibly for in-house translations and helping to format and design page layouts for brochures, catalogues, websites and marketing material. The position will include the following key responsibility:
-reading through original material and translate from English to Swedish
-proofread and edit the final translation version
-supplying subtitles for visual programmes and scripts for audio programmes
-Liaise with colleagues, distributors to be able to understand the requirement
-Adhere to the departments procedures
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates must be fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience from translation work preferably for a company such as an translation agency or
other professional services firm
-University degree in translation or equivalent
- Have excellent communication skills
- Experience of using Microsoft Office
The successful candidate would be committed, motivated and enthusiastic. Have an eye for detail's, be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary will be around £20,000 depending on experience.
