Covering the French (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg) & DAS market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Principal, Senior Consultants & Consultants
· Account and New Business Development within Management Consultancy sector
· Secure and project manage delivery of retained mandates across the region
· Mentoring of junior consultants & researchers
Researchers & Trainee Consultants
· Candidate generation and research in support of retained and contingent mandates
· Market mapping and key target identification
· Acquiring technical skills and market insight to gain promotion to Consultant level.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Fluency in German and/or French is essential for all levels
2. CONSULTANTS must have previous recruitment experience in a related consulting, Management Consultancy sector or other professional or technology based markets
3. RESEARCHERS must have previous research experience within a recruitment environment and be looking for greater responsibility and independence
4. Must be self motivated
5. Able to be accountable for their work
6. Have a stable recruitment background & longevity in an organisation
7. An established proven performer in your market with examples of your career successes
8. Strong client development skills ? cradle to grave recruitment
9. Ambitious and career minded
10. NO WIDE BOYS ? this is for credible professionals
11. Strong intellectual skills
12. Able to pick up technical info and understand dynamics of a complex role
