The Company:
Our client, a leading international organisation, is currently recruiting for a Dutch and French speaking Customer Service professional, fluent in English and Dutch and preferably also in French. The position is based in their office in Sussex.
The Role:
The role is to provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers throughout
Europe. The role involves dealing with customer enquiries through to resolution.
Key tasks will involve:
- Managing customer contacts
- Managing orders and all associated administrative tasks
- Providing information, advice and guidance to customers on products and prices
- Ensuring key service levels are maintained
- Informing customers of order status, delivery dates etc
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch and preferably also in French. Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage. It is essential that you have first rate communication skills, a customer focussed approach and the desire to provide outstanding levels of customer service within a professional organisation. Educated to an 'A' level standard or equivalent as well as excellent PC skills.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this role is £15,000-£17,500 depending on experience. The company offers a fantastic benefit package with contributory pension scheme, private health care, share purchase plan and 25 days holiday.
