SAP HR Payroll Consultant - Remote
Large client is looking for 7 or 8 SAP HR Payroll Consutlants to work on a large 47 country roll out.This individual will design, document, configure, unit test and deliver on the solution design for the Payroll module of the SAP solution. This person does not have staff management responsibilities. Work with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements. Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements. Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality. SAP 2004 or higher preferred. 3 - 5 years experience implementing ESS/MSS. Integration to BW, experience with the use of standard integration, custom integration points, user exits, mass change processes, interfaces. A minimum of 2 - 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations. Global implementations preferred,ASAP Methodology for delivery, As well as he following skills: Gross payroll, Net payroll, Custom rules, Custom operations, Time evaluation, integration, Off cycle payroll schedules. Payroll calendar definition, Integration with Compensation. Genuine remote working oppurtunity, intial 2 months will be client workshops that will require some travel to Europe, and then the remainder of the 3 year programme can be done from home with sporadic and limited travel in the UK.
