Business Change Analyst/Manager X 4!!
My client, a public sector organisation, currently require 4 X Business Change Specialist to support their Information and Knowledge Management Team. Successful canddates will be strong team players with the experience of planning workshops and a passion for results.
Role:
1.Engage with key internal stakeholders at all levels, to influence and address organisational change issues that may impact the successful implementation stratgey.
2.Understand and document current and new business processes to support change projects.
3.Elicit and document business requirements.
4.Conduct interviews with external and internal teams, acting to understand business and user requirements.
5.Document current processes and future redesign of processes and organisational change activities to achieve business benefits
Additionally, you must have experience of working within a project environment and/or change programme, preferably implementing information technology applications. The knowledge of PRINCE 2, MS Visio, CRM Systems and experience of completing user acceptance testing are desirable. This is a perfect role for a person with an analytical mind and excellent people skills (you will communicate with senior members of staff) who is highly efficient in a fast paced, multi-task and deadline-oriented environment.
