IT Co-ordinator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an expanding digital department and combine your interest in software, working alongside the IT Manager and members of the creative team. You will be responsible for 1st line day to day support, administration support, telephone calls from remote users, IT related email requests, dealing with users who drop-in for immediate support, some desk-side support for London and occasionally remote users, resolving and where necessary escalating requests to the IT manager, resolving requests using various resources and installation/support of all client software, most importantly you will be dealing with user queries on bespoke software solutions created in-house. You will be in the same office as the development team and have excellent access to resources in order to answer all manner of related questions. You must be a team player with great interpersonal skills, be energetic, have experience of supporting software and possess an excellent telephone manner and be dedicated and eager to learn.
