Successful Head Chef will currently be head chef / senior sous chef of a quality driven high volume restaurant, have above average service standards and a sound business mind. You have to be inspirational, hands on and passionate, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
You will be a natural with the ability to motivate and lead a large team in a high volume operation. you will also need
10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- understanding in budgeting, cost control, revenue management.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Excellent team-building, communication and management skills.
