Maintenance Electrician (Days)

Our client who is one of the leading building maintenance companies in the UK, have an excellent and diverse opportunity for a maintenance electrician. The site is situated in the city near Liverpool Street so great access for commuters and a great surrounding area for atmosphere. The successful maintenance electrician should ideally have qualifications in an electrical discipline and will be carrying out maintenance on the following:-
"Fault finding and repairs on LV electrical circuits
"Fault finding and repairs to lighting
"AHU's variable speed.
"Generators and controls.
"AC and DC single phase and three phase motors.
"UPS system and assisted control system
"Emergency lighting
"Ensure all requirements are met within client SLA.
"Complete day-to-day work orders to meet customer Satisfaction targets and delivered in timeframe requirement in line with the SLA.
"Carry out Preventative Maintenance activities within agreed time scale.
"Maintain up to date log of work completed and out-standing items through helpdesk system.
"Log and action all out of line situations with incident reports to include remedial
action taken.
"Provide site project support as required.
"Ensure effective communication with the client and management team is maintained at all times.
Working on straight days Monday - Friday 8-5, holidays starting at 20 days rising to 25, pension share scheme and sick pay after qualifying period. An excellent opportunity for an electrician looking for a permanent position with a well established and renowned maintenance company within London.
Salary: £28000.00 per annum
