Development Team Manager - URGENT
I have an urgent requirement for a Application Development Team Manager for a 3 month contract who can start ASAP.
You will have a good mix of skills and must have an application Development background: JAVA with Oracle, BEA Weblogic, CRM, CMS, Portal background. Yo will have experience of managing development projects, all development work and who can motivate and mentor the 10 developers in line with the development Programme.
You will be:
- Resolve issues and report to Programme Manager.
- Assiting the Programme manager in early Proof of concept work to win RFS's.
- Manage the Client Service Architects (CSA) and Internet Team to ensure the development team are supported,
- Work with the CSA to ensure the Dev / Test environments are ready for development.
- Ensure changes are aligned with what the developers need.
- Clarify the process for Deployment of BEA, Oracle and e.Piphany changes and an effective process to deploy changes quickly and easily.
- Formalise developers work packets and manage their work through weekly reports.
- Assist the Programme Manager and Project Managers in managing the over all technical work.
- Formation of plans.
