Experienced Pension Administrators, West Sussex
Leading very little introduction, this leading firm of third party pensions administration just keeps on winning new business and is now seeking additional experienced Pension Administrators to provide administration service to customers as per SLA
Ideally already working within the pensions industry, you will be responsible for the maintenance of data, integrity checking and conducts periodic reconciliations whilst processing of a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation within defined procedures.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for resolving client and customer enquiries (oral and written) based on expert working knowledge of their requirements and case history. This in itself will include collating and analysing data, provision of technical guidance and conducting training needs analysis, design and deliver on-the-job training designed to meet individual's needs
Possessing good written and communication skills, coupled with the ability to develop working relationships gained within a pensions environment, you will be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) with at least Maths and English at grade C, and ideally make some progression with studying towards professional qualifications (Retirement provision Certificate/FPC/QPA) together with previous pensions experience.

Salary: £24000 - £27000 per annum + excellent package
