Senior Analyst - Fixed Income and Derivatives
Due to continued growth in fixed income and derivative volumes my Client has a requirement for an additional self starter Senior Analyst to concentrate on the reporting functions, both in terms of positions/holdings and more specifically the production of management information within their Fund Accounting, Investment Administration division
The key responsibilities for this role are;
Management Information
Oversee the maintenance and production of MIS for the group,
?Bi-weekly and monthly summary reporting (prose)
?Monthly MIS pack contribution
?Capacity and scalability - model ownership, development and reporting
?Other MIS as required
Meeting, organisation and preparation;
Request, chase, collate, format and publish all the discussion and reporting material
?Derivative Risk Committee (IA submission)
?Derivative Infrastructure Steering Committee (all submissions)
?Derivative Steering Committee
?Fixed Income Operations Group
?Attending and minuting all meetings
?Maintaining action logs and owners
?Chasing for updates and progress reports on actions between meetings
Pipeline monitoring;
?New business / New Instrument report monitoring
?Coordinate IA efforts if required (and provide administrative support where necessary)
As the successful candidate you will have influencing / charm skills, have the ability to interact with and influence all levels of staff, including senior management and have strong communication and organisation skills. In addition, strong PowerPoint skills are essential as well as the ability to prioritise and organise both own time and that of a working group.
